Gaile would be the one who would have to spend her character's time coming super early (possibly the day before) and waiting for the scheduled time to speak to anyone.

What's the limit cap on Inter Districts?
If it's filling up extremely fast as soon as Gaile comes online, higher the cap! ID's are not used apart from Ascalon, Droknars and maybe Lions Arch a little in Tyria, not sure about Cantha.
Personally, I don't hunt down the chosen district simply because what Gaile says it instantly screenshotted and composed in a readable format here on the fansites.

Acually, it already happened in the last Gaile chat I was at. She was at ID1 and then for some reason (I don't remeber why) she left the district, and when she tried to come back, it was full, so she just stayed in ID2 the rest of the time.
Wait, did I dream that? Agh! I dunno. I've been having a lot of GW related dreams lately(yes, I'm that much of a GW nerd ), but I think that that accually happened....
And for telling us when and where she has it, it will just make it even harder to get in to her district. It's already hard enough to get into the district she's in, but then making it scheduled will just make it imposible unless you are there like half an hour early.
Now if they somehow increased the amount of people that can be in a district, at least when there is a gaile/frog chat, then I can see this happening.

Thanks for the suggestions, but here are a couple of thoughts: - If I schedule a visit, I'm afraid that there will be too many people who can't attend because, well, the district might fill up, it's true.
- Also, folks might feel obliged to come early and wait, and one of my visits isn't exactly worth taking your valuable time in waiting!
- Lastly, no, I cannot "bump" people out of a district, so I wait my turn, like you do. Therefore, if we schedule things, I might not be there.
- I do try to mix and match the hours, so I can catch different countries and different players according to the time of day.
I really do appreciate the input, though, and look forward to your suggestions on how to make the visits pleasant and fun for everyone.

Gaile dont deny it, we all know you have teleportation powers =P. I remember you showing us after someone asked "spawn me some gold" and you said "this is basically all I can do" and teleported around town. (It went something like that)
